Anti-Zionist Jewish rabbis shook hands with Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi during the 2023 UN general assembly and discussed the difference between Zionism and Judaism. Jewish organisation Naturei Karta is opposed to Zionism and Israel's occupation of Palestine on theological grounds, and can often be seen picketing politicians from the Zionist state when they travel abroad.
