Hamas: Israel's use of suicide drones in Jenin reflects its weakness 

A senior member of the Palestinian Hamas movement, Mousa Abu Marzouk, said yesterday that “the Israeli army’s use of suicide drones in the Jenin camp is proof of the deep crisis it is facing due to successive resistance strikes in various cities and towns of the Palestinian occupied territories.”

Israeli forces launched an attack on the Jenin camp in the northern occupied West Bank on Tuesday, which resulted in killing six Palestinians, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

In a written statement that was made available to Quds Press, Abu Marzouk stressed that the Israeli occupation was incapable of confronting and countering the resistance. He criticised the international silence in the face of human rights abuses and the occupation’s crimes against Palestinians.

Abu Marzouk added that the occupation’s crimes would not pass without a response from the resistance who deserve continued support and praise, especially for developing explosive devices that have clearly generated fear among Zionists.

The Hamas member also said that Israeli occupation forces raised the state of security alert after an increase in the number of reports warning about more operations by the anti-occupation resistance, which Israel has failed to suppress despite the daily arrest campaigns carried out by Israeli forces and the targeting of Palestinians.
