South Africa's president: Israel is an apartheid state

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa expressed solidarity with the Palestinians and people under ongoing Israeli bombardment in the besieged Gaza Strip saying they live under Israeli apartheid. He previously said that they are ready to help with mediation efforts and called for the immediate and unconditional opening of humanitarian corridors so aid can get to the people in urgent need in Gaza.
