48 journalists killed since beginning of Israel war on Gaza

The number of journalists killed in the Israeli aggression on Gaza has increased to 48, the Government Media Office in Gaza said yesterday.

In a statement, it said: “The death of journalist Yahya Abu Manyah, who worked for  Al-Aqsa Radio, brings the number of journalist martyrs to 48 since the beginning of the  aggression on the 7th of October.”

The Palestinian journalist was killed in an Israeli air strike on Gaza City yesterday, according to Al-Aqsa Radio.

“We mourn our colleague journalist Yahya Abu Manyah, who was killed in the Zionist bombing in Gaza City,” the broadcaster said in a statement.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the death toll from Israeli air strikes on the Strip since 7 October had risen to over 10,000 with more than 25,000 injured.
