Israeli forces shoot unarmed Palestinian man in occupied West Bank

Israeli forces shot an unarmed Palestinian in the occupied West Bank despite raising his hands while waiting at a bus stop near Elazar settlement in Gush Etzion settlements south of Jerusalem. The man, identified as David Ben Avraham, was a Palestinian who had reportedly converted to Judaism.
