Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi met with his Emirati counterpart Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and discussed a wide range of issues, the UAE’s WAM news agency reported yesterday.
The presidents met in the New Alamein City in northwestern Egypt and “discussed the strong fraternal relations between their countries across wide-ranging areas of cooperation.”
“They explored ways to enhance these ties at all levels, aiming to serve mutual interests and meet the aspirations of their peoples for further progress and prosperity. Additionally, the two leaders exchanged views on regional and international developments of mutual concern.” according to WAM.
During Al Nahyan’s four-day official visit, which ended yesterday, the presidents toured the New Alamein City and inspected ongoing construction and development projects in the city.
