Gaza journalist Bisan Awda wins Emmy Award for her news coverage

Palestinian journalist, Bisan Awda, won her first Emmy Award for Outstanding Hard News Feature – Short for her coverage for Israel's genocide in Gaza, ‘It’s Bisan From Gaza And I’m Still Alive’ for AJ+ Reports. Bisan has covered Israel’s onslaught on Gaza from the ground since October 2023.
