The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that the number of victims since the start of the Israeli aggression on March 2 has risen to 1,497, with 4,639 people wounded as of 6th April.
In its daily report, the Health Emergency Operations Center said Israeli occupation forces continue to carry out intensive airstrikes and artillery attacks across multiple regions in Lebanon, resulting in further casualties and widespread destruction.
According to the ministry, an Israeli airstrike targeting a civilian vehicle at the Kafr Rumman roundabout in the Nabatieh district killed four civilians, while another strike on the town of Haris in southern Lebanon resulted in killing two civilians.

Israeli warplanes also launched an airstrike on Beirut’s southern suburbs, following renewed evacuation warnings issued by the Israeli army to residents of areas including Ghobeiri, Burj al-Barajneh, Haret Hreik, Chiyah, Laylaki, Hadath, and Hawta al-Ghadir.
Strikes and shelling have targeted dozens of towns across southern Lebanon, including Tyre, Majdal Zoun, Qleileh, Doueir, Dbeibine, Bazouriyeh, Jmeijmeh, Majdal Selm, Zibdine, Qana, Khiam, Bint Jbeil, and Nabatieh, among others, as well as areas in the Bekaa Valley such as Mashghara, Sahmar, Qlaya, and Zlaya.
Israeli occupation forces also carried out house demolitions in the town of Al-Bayada, while Lebanese airspace has witnessed intensive overflights by Israeli warplanes and drones, reaching as far as the capital, Beirut.
The continued escalation reflects the widening scope of Israeli aggression, with mounting civilian casualties and damage to infrastructure across Lebanon.
