Jordanians to boycott Israeli products

Jordanian Trade Unions have introduced a campaign to boycott Israeli products, especially agricultural produce.

In a statement, the High Executive Committee against normalising ties with Israel and the Committee to Protect the Country said that they are planning to start the campaign under the slogan, “Boycott your enemy”. Consumers are being asked to “stop contributing to the cost of bullets” used by Israelis to shoot and kill Palestinians.

The organisers said that the campaign is going to last for a week and volunteers will conduct field visits to grocery shops in the entire kingdom. They will ask retailers to boycott products imported from Israel.
