Israeli occupation authorities have decided to demolish the house of Odeh Tarabin, the Israeli spy who was accused of espionage in Egypt, the Anadolu Agency reported yesterday.
According to Israeli radio, Tarabin received the demolition order yesterday. Tarabin spent 15 years in an Egyptian prison after being charged of spying for Israel.
His house was built near to his parents’ house in the Negev, south of Israel.
Tarabin called on the Israeli government to give him a land to build a new home as he has no place to live, the radio channel said.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has repeatedly denied reports that Tarabin, who was arrested in Egypt in 2000 and imprisoned for 15 years, spied on Egypt.
