A large Israeli military force broke into the Palestinian village of Badras in the west of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah yesterday to demolish a Palestinian home only to find a large number of Palestinian occupying the property to stop the demolition, Safa news agency reported.

Safa said that Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by bulldozers, surrounded the Palestinian home for more than three hours before they decided to withdraw without carrying out the demolition.

The Israeli occupation forces could not demolish the Palestinian home because the Palestinian citizens gathered inside it.

Meanwhile, the same Israeli mission raided a Palestinian restaurant in the village and shot tear gas and rubber-coated bullets, wounding two Palestinians.
