Memorial held for slain Palestinian reporter Shireen Abu Akleh

Friends and family of Shireen Abu Akleh remembered the slain Palestinian journalist at a church ceremony in Jerusalem, to mark a year since her killing. Abu Akleh was reporting on a raid in Jenin when she was shot dead by an Israeli sniper while wearing a press vest - evidence collected by journalists suggests it was an assassination rather than accidental killing.
