On Tuesday night, the Israeli occupation forces committed a heinous massacre that will be recorded in Palestinian history. The occupying forces targeted innocent Palestinians in the Baptist Hospital in Gaza, resulting in the death of more than 500 Palestinians, possibly reaching up to 1,000 due to the presence of critical cases, mostly children and women.
With this unprecedented and atrocious crime, the President of the United States immediately adopted the Israeli narrative, just as he did before, when he propagated the lie that Palestinians were slaughtering children, which was proven false. This time, Biden embraces the Israeli falsehood that Palestinians killed themselves and targeted this hospital. One has to be a complete idiot to believe the Israeli narrative that the Islamic Jihad did it, a story that reminds us all of the Israeli claims that the well-known Palestinian journalist, Shireen Abu Akleh, was killed by a stray Palestinian bullet and not by a professional Israeli army sniper – which, of course, was proven false. Israel called doctors, one by one, on their cell phones and threatened them to abandon the hospital. The Israeli fired two shells at the hospital even before the big bang, and called the hospital manager and ordered him to leave. They bombed more than ten ambulances and killed more than twenty doctors and bombed fire department workers who were lifting people from beneath the rubble. Israel has a long history of committing war-crimes and it will continue to do so as long as there are people who are ready to believe them.

As Palestinians, we have spent over 70 years trying to convince the world that we were displaced from our land and forcibly exiled to the Diaspora, Gaza and the West Bank as refugees. We left our villages and cities under Zionist terrorism and because of massacres committed against our people. Now, the Baptist Hospital massacre in Gaza clearly reveals the magnitude of the crimes committed against the Palestinian people since the Nakba, engraved in Palestinian history and memory, such as the Sabra and Shatila massacre and the Deir Yassin massacre, where half the number of casualties in the Baptist Hospital were killed.
As evident from the statements of many Israeli officials, such as the President of the Israeli Occupation State, Isaac Herzog, when he said that Palestinians should be displaced to the Sinai desert, even temporarily until Hamas is eradicated from the Gaza Strip, and the Israeli military leaders who demanded the residents of the Strip to leave, it is the same lie that was launched in 1948. Former Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister, Danny Ayalon, demanded that Egypt create camps for Gaza residents in Sinai and receive them, just as Arab countries and Turkiye received Syrians, and establish infrastructure for them under the supervision of the United Nations.
The leaders of the Israeli State repeat claims of ethnic cleansing without shame and with audacity, while the world remains silent and without condemnation. Palestinians are, as expressed by the Israeli Minister of Defense, “human animals” who do not deserve to live, and they are not subject to humanitarian law, nor are their killers brought to trial. This narrative has been adopted by the United States, Western countries and Western media, as if they receive reports and instructions from one room. They have worked on an overwhelming media campaign that portrays Palestinians as Daesh and demonises them, stripping them of their humanity to make them undeserving of human rights, while justifying their killing and slaughter, similar to what happened with Daesh and the Nazis.Today, these planes that bombard Palestinians and the smart bombs that destroy entire peaceful neighbourhoods, causing destruction to hospitals, mosques, churches, bakeries, schools, government offices and markets, are American. The aircraft carriers that have come to the region are also American.
Egypt’s Sisi: Displacing Palestinians to Sinai could ignite a war with Israel
The Americans and Europeans not only gave Israel a license to kill and to commit genocide in the Gaza Strip, but they have also directly participated in their killing and spread Israeli propaganda and media campaigns to dehumanise Palestinians and justify the massacres committed against them. Yet, blood splashes have reached the US itself. The blood of the Palestinian child, Wadea Al-Fayoume, who was assassinated in America, and the blood of his mother are on the hands of Biden and his henchmen, who promoted the lie of Palestinians slaughtering 40 Israeli children. These people are the bridge of the Israeli psychological warfare to the world. They, and their media, are the real criminals who shed the blood of innocents.
It is up to the world – or what remains free – to stand steadfast against this new Western aggression. The aircraft carrier and forces being deployed to the region cannot be solely for this small part of the world, Gaza but, instead, have larger dimensions. Their presence will entice others, especially Russia, to have a presence in the region, which means strengthening alliances and sliding into a regional war that Washington claims to have brought aircraft carriers to prevent.
Washington wants to exterminate the Palestinian people without any accountability or punishment, knowing that Arab and Islamic governments cannot do anything. The question that arises after 75 years of the Arab-Palestinian conflict is whether the Palestinian will has been broken or if it is escalating from one stage to another. Is this the final stage of the conflict, or is the ultimate solution for the Palestinian people to achieve their right to an independent Palestinian State?
The rejection of the Russian resolution in the Security Council for a ceasefire and humanitarian truce in Gaza is a major crime against the world, and not against the Palestinian people alone. It will open the door to further massacres, violations of international law, land occupation and the establishment of apartheid regimes.
