SF’s McDonald: 'Take the lead, refer Israel to the ICC'

Ireland's Sinn Fein party head, Mary Lou McDonald, called upon the Irish government, in a nationwide televised public address, to ‘refer Israel to the International Criminal Court and send the Israeli ambassador home.’ Mcdonald’s speech, which focused on International law, and the refusal of Israeli impunity, received wide public admiration.
