The Palestinian resistance’s security forces in Gaza have arrested several traders who have been found to be collaborating with the Israeli occupation and raising prices and monopolising the trade of goods. Investigations confirmed their involvement with the occupation’s intelligence, carrying out instructions from Shin Bet officers to inflate prices and hoard essential food and supplies.

The detained traders have admitted to collaborating with the occupation and communicating with Shin Bet officers for malicious purposes. According to the resistance’s security, the traitors aimed to destabilise society, spread despair and defeatism among citizens, and compromise food security.

Investigations revealed that the occupation’s intelligence facilitated the entry of goods to these traders in exchange for services that advanced the occupation’s nefarious goals.

The resistance’s security has warned that any trader found guilty of raising prices or monopolising goods will be treated as a collaborator with the occupation and punished accordingly, with no leniency in such matters.
