The Israeli occupation army has ordered the further displacement of Palestinians from central Gaza amid reports of a possible ceasefire agreement with Hamas, Quds Press reported.

The agency said Israeli army spokesman, Avichay Adraee, announced the evacuations in a statement yesterday morning; calling for residents of the northern Nusairat area in central Gaza to evacuate and move south towards areas west of the Strip via Salah Al-Din Street.

The evacuation order has raised significant doubts and confusion among Palestinian residents, particularly since it was shared solely through Adraee’s account on X (formerly Twitter) and not through other official platforms associated with the Israeli occupation military where communications are typically disseminated.

This, Quds Press reported, may be connected to earlier announcements concerning plans to dismantle military installations ahead of a potential ceasefire deal.
