US rapper Macklemore concluded his Free Palestine Tour with a concert in London, UK, on Friday, pledging to donate the proceeds to organizations supporting the Palestinian people, Anadolu reports.
Macklemore, who was removed from British singer Ed Sheeran’s tour following his statements in support of Palestine, was joined at the event by prominent singers, poets, activists and Palestinian supporters who had survived the Holocaust and the Nakba.
The performers and speakers took the stage ahead of Macklemore’s performance.
