The Anadolu Agency quoted eyewitnesses as saying that the Israeli army closed the entrances to Ramallah to prevent the movement of Palestinian vehicles.
The army set up military checkpoints at the province’s entrances, obstructing the movement of citizens.
A Palestinian citizen opened fire at Israeli military officials at a checkpoint north of the city yesterday, injuring three. He was instantly killed by the army.
