Israeli bulldozers yesterday demolished a number of Palestinian buildings including a school in the Nablus neighbourhood of Tana, Quds Press reported.
Deputy Mayor of Beit Furik, Sami Zalmout, said that the Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by bulldozers, stormed Tana in the early morning and sealed its entrance.
The bulldozers razed large swathes of agricultural land, a school, and a number of outhouses owned by Palestinian Raed Hanani.
The school, which consisted of only one classroom, was the only educational facility in the area.
Zalmout said this was the second such demolition carried out by occupation forces in the space of a week.
