The Court of Administrative Justice has postponed a lawsuit filed by Hamdy Al-Fakharany to revoke the Egyptian citizenship of Dr Yusuf Al-Qaradawi until 27 March, Al-Qaradawi told Al Jazeera.
The lawsuit accuses Al-Qaradawi of committing hostile acts against the Egyptian army, spreading incitement and sedition and exposing the country to temptation and risks.
