Biden Blunders: ‘We told Israel not to invade Haifa’

Joe Biden mixed up the Israeli city of Haifa with the southern Gaza city of Rafah in an interview on the campaign trial in his hometown of Scranton, Pennsylvania. In this latest Biden blunder, the US president claimed 'I made it clear to the Israelis, don't move on Haifa', followed by a long pause and mumbling. In March, President Biden mixed up Gaza with Ukraine in a press conference with the Italian prime minister.
