Julian Assange released after striking deal with US justice department

Yesterday Julian Assange struck a deal with the US justice department. The WikiLeaks founder left the UK prison for a hearing in Saipan, the Northern Mariana Islands, where he is expected to plead guilty to violating US espionage law, which will allow him to return to Australia.
