Israel swaps food aid entering Gaza with bags of sand

Food entering the besieged Gaza Strip was found to contain sand rather than the much needed aid starving Palestinians need. The Palestinian enclave faces famine caused by Israel's blockade and genocidal war on the territory. According to UNRWA, aid trucks are waiting on average 74 days to receive approval from Israel before being allowed into Gaza to deliver much needed food and supplies. No aid was allowed into northern Gaza during November, the UN agency added.
