Jordanian ministers yesterday submitted their resignation ahead of a government reshuffle which will be the fourth since Bisher Al-Khasawneh became prime minister in October 2020, local media outlets reported.
The reshuffle is expected to include the ministries of information, justice and legal affairs, as well as service ministries, while the two vice presidents and the sovereign ministries will not be affected, informed official sources said.
Last year, King Abdullah II appointed Al-Khasawneh as prime minister to restore public trust over the mishandling of the coronavirus pandemic and successive governments’ failures to achieve economic development.
