Israeli settler rams motorbike into terrified Palestinian child

An Israeli who is part of the illegal settler community in Sheikh Jarrah, occupied East Jerusalem, has seemingly driven his motorbike into a Palestinian child on a scooter for no reason. The terrified child managed to jump off the scooter and run before he was hit, while the settler checked to see if anyone had spotted him attacking the child before driving off
