UK asks ICJ not to issue opinion on the occupation as Israel hasn't consented

Prof Dan Sarooshi, the UK’s representative at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), asked the court not to offer an opinion on the legal consequences of Israel's occupation as 'Israel has not consented to the main points of the dispute being resolved by this court' and it requested the court refuse to respond.
