ICJ: Israel has not done enough to protect Gaza's civilians

The ICJ is not convinced that it has undertaken measures to 'enhance the security of civilians in the Gaza Strip', the World Court's President Nawaf Salam said today, announcing the legal body's decision in regard South Africa's call for urgent measures to halt Tel Aviv's offensive in Rafah.
