According to the General, the pilots made daily sorties, day and night, to monitor the air conditions in the de-escalation zone in southern Syria.

“The whole world was watching your actions carefully. Your fighting comrades, relatives and friends have worried about you. You have returned victorious” the Russian general said.

Sevostyanov said the Russian Supreme Military Command has ordered high state honors to all those who contributed to the maintenance of peace in Syria.
