Kuwait couple divorce 3 minutes after marrying

A Kuwaiti couple has divorced just three minutes after tying the knot, social media users have reported.

This came after the groom called the bride “stupid” as she stumbled to get out of the court following the competition of the registry.

The woman flew into a rage and demanded the judge dissolve their marriage. The union was then annulled.

The incident – believed to have become the shortest ever marriage in Kuwait’s history – has sparked a wave of sympathy for Kuwaiti woman, with some suggesting that she was “right to end the marriage.”

“If this is how he acts right at the beginning, it’s better to leave him,” one Twitter user wrote.

“A marriage with no respect is a failed one right from the beginning,” another added.
