Hamas confirmed that leaks from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office were used as pretexts to make or justify decisions within the framework of the war against the Palestinian people, noting that everything that happened was premeditated and pre-planned.

In a statement, the movement said: “Day after day, the leak scandal from the terrorist Netanyahu’s office is further exposed, and it indicates, among other things, the leaking of materials, some of which were tampered with, and that they were used as pretexts to make decisions or justify decisions within the framework of the crime of genocide against our people.”

“The exposure of the threads of this crime confirms that the aggression committed was premeditated and is linked to the Netanyahu government’s policy of exterminating our people.”

Hamas called on “The International Court of Justice and the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to pursue this case and to pursue Netanyahu and his government as war criminals.”
