Libyans cheer for ‘Ivar’ the rescue dog who saved dozens after the flood

Ivar, the Libyan rescue dog, got a hero's cheer from the people of Derna after his efforts to find flood victims in the rubble gained him notoriety on social media. The deadly floods have killed up to 11,000 in Libya's eastern coastal region where a lack of access to clean water could result in an outbreak of disease.
