The Joint Operations Room of the Palestinian resistance factions yesterday condemned the role of certain Arab satellite channels in adopting and broadcasting narratives that serve the agenda of the occupation state of Israel and demonise legitimate Palestinian resistance and its supporters.
“Granting Zionist war criminals and anti-resistance Arab figures the time and space to promote their lies and censoring those whose voices express the living conscience of the [Arab] nation, is a stab in the back of the Palestinian and Lebanese nations who are fighting the battle to defend dignity and freedom, and serves the war of genocide against them,” Safa news agency reported the JOR as saying.
The factions added that it is “shameful and painful” for some Arab channels to pretend to adopt neutrality in the face of “massacres that are unparalleled in modern history, committed by Israel on Arab lands against the Palestinian and Lebanese people.”
The Joint Operations Room praised the professionalism of the satellite channels that side with the truth, support the victims of Israeli genocide, and distinguish between friends and foes.
