Israel and Egypt consider moving Rafah border crossing

Israeli media has reported that officials from Israel and Egypt have initiated discussions regarding the potential transfer of authority of the Rafah border crossing to the Kerem Shalom border crossing. The move will allow Israeli forces more control to conduct security inspections and tighten control on the border.
